🏆 A proud moment for Elevator and the Des Moines business community!

We’re honored to receive the 2026 Jennings Kallen Advisors Entrepreneurial Award at the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Regional Summit and Economic Impact Awards!

When Shannon Lerda and Emiliano Lerda started Elevator, their goal was simple: create a place where small businesses have the space, resources, and community they need to grow.

What started in Omaha has grown into a community of entrepreneurs across the Midwest, including right here in downtown Des Moines.

This recognition means a lot to our team, but it also reflects the business owners, entrepreneurs, and community partners who continue to believe in what we're building.

A special thank you to the Greater Des Moines Partnership for this recognition, Mayor Connie Boesen, and everyone helping make Des Moines a great place to build a business.

We're excited for what's ahead and grateful to be part of this community! 💜

We’re excited to share that Elevator Co-Warehousing and our founders, Shannon and Emiliano Lerda, are featured in the October 2026 issue of Open Book!

📖 Pretty special to see Elevator Co-Warehousing in print

Last night, our team joined Open Range at Millwork Commons for the launch of Open Book, and we’re grateful to have Elevator featured alongside so many of the people and companies helping shape Nebraska’s business community.

Shannon Lerda, Emiliano, Levi S. Cermak, and Miles McDonald were there for an evening full of familiar faces, new conversations, and plenty of catching up with founders, and community leaders.

One of the best parts of building a business is getting to do it alongside other people who are building, too. Events like this are a good reminder of how much is happening right here in Nebraska, and how valuable it is to keep showing up for each other.

Congrats to the Open Range team on bringing Open Book to life, and thank you for including Elevator in it. 👏
