This one was all the feels because they are good friends of our’s who found their next, maybe forever 🏡 on a few acres of land 🥰!

They trusted me to help them sell their home that had so many memories of their kids growing up 🥹, friend and family get togethers 🤩 and projects they continued to make their home special to them and be able to entertain 🩷!

With Anthology Real Estate Group at Giving Realty, 10% of our Commision goes to a non-profit in Nebraska of our clients’ choice ❤️. They chose a special organization to her that means so much because of a connection with a student she taught in kindergarten, Angels Among Us.

They will be passing along their 🔑 to the next owner who will make memories just like they did. I am so excited for them and their next chapter, just a little further to drive now 🥹🥰!

Last week it was my pleasure to hand two wonderful people the 🔑 to their new 🏡! We started this journey at the beginning of summer and were able to close before the end☀️.

They moved from out of town, so we had some time in the 🚙 driving to a few homes where we learned that they have the same anniversary as Jeff and I; love of Husker sports 🏈 🏐🏀🥎⚾️; love for reading📚 and the outdoor, evening sky🌅.

SEE TY RUN 🏃‍♀️💨 | UNDER CONTRACT!

Apparently getting my real estate license this spring meant hitting the ground running! 😂

My clients are officially UNDER CONTRACT, and this one definitely kept me on my toes.

There may have even been a point during a trip with my daughter when I found myself working through the details of this deal from a hotel bathroom at 1 a.m. before an early flight the next morning. Real estate is glamorous, guys. 😂

I'm learning quickly that real estate doesn't always happen during convenient business hours, and that's okay with me. When someone trusts me to help them with something as important as buying or selling a home, I don't take that lightly.

I'm incredibly grateful for the clients who have already trusted me so early in this new adventure, and SO excited for these clients as we move one step closer to the finish line! ❤️
