James was born and raised in the greater Omaha area, he has always had an interest in the local real estate world. Whether it was forcing his mom to buy architectural magazines while grocery shopping as a child , or wondering how much the neighbor's house was listed for- he's always been fascinated. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Criminal Justice-Pre Law and History, with no real intentions of getting into Real Estate as a career. However, an opportunity after college to work for a Title Company changed everything. That invaluable experience, along with eventually owning his own Title Company for five years, has given him an unparalleled and thorough understanding of the entire real estate transaction from start to finish.
