Ten years ago, Alicia Miller joined OMNE Partners as a Property Manager, gaining firsthand experience in operations, asset management, and the day-to-day challenges of commercial real estate.

After nearly five years in property management, Alicia transitioned into OMNE's brokerage division, bringing that experience with her. Her understanding of what drives value for owners and occupants has given her a unique perspective, helping clients navigate opportunities, solve challenges, and plan for the future.

Today, as Executive Vice President in OMNE's brokerage division, Alicia continues to build relationships, create opportunities for her clients, and make an impact across the communities we serve.

As we celebrate Alicia's 10-year anniversary with OMNE, we're grateful for all she has contributed to our team and our clients over the years.

Last week, team members from USG Construction, USG Service, and OMNE Partners enjoyed an afternoon of baseball at Werner Park cheering on the Omaha Storm Chasers.
