✨ too much “stuff” can often make a space feel heavy, smaller and very distracting from the actual home itself, this is a great way to start your packing before your home is even listed!
✨my services go beyond the staging because selling a home is already chaotic enough. I provide my clients with checklists for homework, showings, new owner information to pass on. Anything to help bring order and free up precious brain space!

Called me in for an occupied stage in this already adorable home and it paid off!!!
The layout was a little tricky with larger chunky furniture and an open concept so rearranging the furniture in a way that made more sense and showcased the space better was #1.
The seller did a great job of prepping the space and I was able to fill in the blank spaces with some neutral artwork and other accessories!

This room is a great example of why staging works!! The layout was really challenging because I wanted to keep the walkways natural yet keep the beautiful windows and fireplace the focal points (yes, you can have more than 1!)
Very excited for .kirstie to say the magic words “under contract” on this one!!!
