Our team is proud to welcome 39 additional properties and 2,426 units to our growing portfolio across the state. This new portfolio includes a diverse mix of HUD-assisted, Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), conventional market-rate, and senior living properties, representing 14 individual ownership groups.

This expansion is an exciting milestone as we continue strengthening our regional presence and supporting communities throughout Montana. At Seldin, we remain committed to operational excellence and providing high-quality multifamily property management services.
