You’ve probably heard a lot of opinions about the market lately — so let’s stick to the facts.

These are December 2025 numbers, released this month, and they tell us the Douglas County market is still moving — just a bit more thoughtfully.
Homes are taking a little longer to sell, inventory has increased, and buyers have more options than they did last year. At the same time, well-priced homes are still selling close to list price, and new construction continues to hold strong at higher price points.

What does that mean?

Strategy matters more than speed right now.

Yummy treats not too far away from home!!

🚨We are open this weekend!! 🚨

Here are all the details -
1) We are open Friday, December 19th and Saturday, December 20th from 11 AM to 6 PM!
2) We will have the same 4 holiday ice cream sandwiches as the last one, plus the holiday 4 packs will be available while supplies last!
3) We will have ice cream treats available as well (no dipped cones, floats, or freezes)
4) We will have soft serve Cinnamon Ice Cream Available
5) We will have the Peppermint Shake Storm and the Apple Pie Storm Available
6) Our Dairy Free Flavors are Pineapple and Raspberry
7) We will have a Christmas Storm Available (stay turned for more information)
8) Quarts of all ice cream flavors are available!
9) Buy your gift cards for the holidays!
