August numbers are in 📊

As summer winds down, the Omaha housing market is showing signs of a seasonal slowdown, but the numbers look a little different depending on where you’re looking.

This month, we’re breaking down the Omaha metro alongside Gretna, Elkhorn, Papillion-La Vista, Bennington and Bellevue. Some areas saw homes move faster, others slowed down, and price trends varied across the metro.

Our takeaway? A slower market doesn’t necessarily mean fewer opportunities. It just makes knowing your specific market that much more important.
