You’re touring a home with your eyes… but are you listening to it?

These are the details that can be easy to overlook during a 30 minute showing, but they can have a BIG impact on how comfortable your home feels every day.

One of my favorite buyer tips? Visit the home and neighborhood more than once.

If you really love a house, drive by at a different time of day. Try morning, rush hour, after school or a weekend evening. You may notice things you completely missed during the original showing.

And especially if you or someone in your household is sensitive to sound or easily overwhelmed by a busy environment, these details are worth paying attention to.

Not every family outing needs to be a full day adventure:

Before spending thousands, I recommend looking at your home through a buyer's eyes.

What needs to be fixed?
What can simply be cleaned up?
What will photograph well?
What could actually hurt your sale if you leave it alone?
