Some things never get old! One of those things is handing the keys to a first-time homeowner 🏡🗝️

I'm proud of my client for officially closing on his very first home! This wasn’t just about finding the right place, it was about standing firm, asking the right questions, and advocating for what he deserved. He held his ground during negotiations, and it paid off in a big way. We were able to secure a substantial amount of repairs, setting him up for success instead of future stress.

That kind of patience and confidence isn’t always easy, especially on your first purchase but he showed up every step of the way.
