Some seasons in real estate are less about "just putting the sign in the yard"
...and more about helping people navigate major life transitions as well.

Lately, a lot of my work has been happening behind the scenes - Lakefront evaluations, family property transitions, renovation timelines, future listing prep, and helping clients figure out the next step before homes ever officially hit the market.

A lot of "real-estating" happens long before the listing photos do.

And Honestly? I love this part of the process...

The strategy.
The timing.
The preparatoin.
The problem-solving.

Helping people move thoughtfully through big decisions - especially when the properties have years of memories, family history, or future plans attached to them....is a responsibility I never take lightly.

Northern Michigan Real Estate Is rarely one-size-fits-all...and that's what makes it meaningful...
...and these lake views definitely don't hurt either.

Cool blue kitchens are emerging as a 2026 design trend, but on their own they can easily feel too cold… especially in our climate.

I created this kitchen concept to explore how warming up those cooler tones changes the entire feel of the space. The design started with a gradient backsplash tile and an island that felt like strong anchors, and I built the rest of the palette intentionally around them.

By layering in warm wood elements, the look feels much more essentially Northern Michigan… while still being versatile enough to work across chalet, modern craftsman, or contemporary home styles.

Project management sometimes means thinking ahead while the walls are still open — like laying out closet functionality before the drywall ever goes up…

Or troubleshooting potential stairway issues during framing, so they don’t become problems later.

I came into this build as the Realtor and design helper — but roles evolve, and I’m grateful to be trusted with so much more.

From layout to lighting, finishes to flow, I love being part of shaping homes with intention.
