🍁One of the questions I’m hearing: “Should I sell this fall or wait until spring?”
Here’s why fall can be a smart time to make a move:

👀 Serious buyers — people shopping in the fall often have a specific reason and timeline for moving.
💰 Better positioning — with fewer competing listings, a well-priced, move-in-ready home can stand out.
⏰ A head start — selling now means you don’t have to wait months to see what the spring market brings.
Of course, every CNY market—and every home—is different. Waiting for spring doesn’t guarantee a higher sale price.
My advice? Don’t just time the season. Time the strategy.
