🏡 JUST SOLD | 136 S Rock Rd., Mansfield 🏡

This closing was a special one — and definitely a reminder that every real estate transaction has its own story. ❤️

I had the privilege of helping my buyers purchase this home For Sale By Owner, and this one was especially meaningful because Colt’s family will now call it home.

After we were under contract, we discovered that a new survey was needed before we could get to the closing table. There were a few extra steps along the way, but I was able to help the buyers and seller navigate the process, get the survey ordered and approved, and keep everything moving forward.

The seller had owned this home for 33 years — more than three decades of memories under one roof. Handing those keys over was understandably bittersweet for the seller, while marking an exciting new chapter for my buyers. 🥹🔑

These are the closings that remind me real estate is about so much more than a house. It’s about the people, the memories being left behind, and the new ones waiting to be made.
