🎉 Audra Knipp's First Closing is Officially in the Books! 🎉
Audra earned her real estate license on April 16th, hosted her very first open house on April 26th, and met the buyers who would become her very first closing. Talk about making things happen!
Working in her buyers' best interests every step of the way, Audra successfully negotiated nearly $20,000 off the list price, secured all of her buyers' closing costs to be paid by the seller, and even added a home warranty at the seller's expense. That's the kind of advocacy every buyer deserves.
Her buyers were an absolute pleasure to work with, and Audra helped make the entire transaction smooth from contract to closing.
