'Date the interest rate. Marry the house!'

Mortgage rates may be around 7% today, but your interest rate doesn’t have to be the only thing deciding whether a home is right for you.

The right house, the right location, and the right price can be much harder to replace than an interest rate.

If rates come down later, refinancing may be an option. But if the right home comes along today, it may not still be available when rates change.

Buy when the home and the payment make sense for YOU — not because you’re trying to perfectly time the market.

Thinking about buying in Baldwin County? Let’s look at the numbers and see what actually makes sense for you. 🏡
