Today my client and I had so much fun walking through her future home and seeing all the details start to come to life — white oak floors, black finishes, and so many custom touches.

Today, I’m celebrating Tracy & Ron and the successful sale of their North Carolina home. ✨

Our buyers are longtime family friends, and we were determined to get them to the closing table — no matter how many hurdles came our way.
