Hello fellow professional Realtors, US iHomes is a local residential redevelopment company in Orange County California. We work with a lot of real estate agents who bring us deals, and our goal this year is to acquire 12-20 properties. Our company specializes in buying and renovating outdated or distressed properties quickly, then lists to resell. We always offer cash to close all of our homes, buy as is, and close in three weeks or less.
