If you’ve got trips coming up for the summer, here’s a bit about what works for me. I really try to copy my same habits at home like protein, water, and one treat. I’m not a snacker at home, so I try not to snack on vacation. Just copy and paste where possible. I bring my protein drinks with me for my mornings, and my meals out follow my same guidelines as they do when we’re back home, too. Always protein, preferably grilled, I share meals a lot since portions are huge, and I pair um with veggies. I have the bread but keep it to one.

Realize that travel can make ya bloated and irregular, so give yourself a few days once you’re home to come back to normal. And don’t sweat over a couple pounds. You hopefully had a great vacation and it’ll come right back off!

Comment HUNGRY for what I’m using to feed my family. I think we all have the goal to eat better, but we’re tired, stressed, and have too much on our plates. There’s AN EASIER WAY I tried this past week. If you’ve been asking yourself if there’s something/someone/some service out there that could not only grocery shop for you with your preferences and goals in mind, but also populate the recipes you should make this week that align with everything you’ve asked so you don’t spend a million years filtering through them, follow a strict budget, give you TRULY simple recipes, don’t create an absolute nightmare mess in your kitchen, and roll every week so you don’t have to plan or think about it, say hi to — my new food bestie honestly.

My family has never eaten better, and every single meal that was chosen for me was golden chef’s kiss 🤌🏼. We’ve never eaten at home so much in a week’s time but I didn’t slave away for prep or clean up. If you’re on the fence, just try it. We saved so much money. I spent $300 and we got 12 - 15-20 min meals plus snacks and treats for our family of 4 with two kids that eat adult sized portions.

Don’t sleep on this if nutrition has been in your mind AT ALL as something you want to work on. I even raved about it on a 1:1 coaching call yesterday because it tackles all the hang ups. 👏🏼

Comment EYEBROWS for the waxing and tint kits I’ve used for over 2 years now.

For reference, I use the Light Brown tint and leave it on for 2 minutes, starting my timer right when I begin laying the color. 💃
