🌟The items on the left hand side are the TWO MOST IMPORTANT factors when determining your score. Just paying your bills on time isn't enough, so how are you managing your balances??
Now especially the unsecured credit card balances! This is considered unsecured debt and FICO is measuring risk into the future.

Therefore, if you are carrying high balances of unsecured debt that is a high risk for the lenders. It's important to pay down those balances before you apply for a mortgage to optimize your scores.

Original credit score 782, credit card owner went on vacation and used their own card, the authorized user's credit score dropped 51 points and credit score is now 731 ❗ ❗
