Steve Herz here, welcome to my business page and real estate ventures! I’m excited to connect with you and all professionals passionate about real estate. Whether you're buying, selling, lending, contracting, or involved in any aspect of the market, I’m eager to collaborate and build lasting partnerships for mutual growth and success.
Just a year and a half ago, I transition from a fulfilling healthcare IT career to pursue my dream of real estate entrepreneurship. Now, I’m proud to run and manage SJ22 Refine Realty LLC, focusing on fix-and-flips and investment opportunities, and Peaceful Rentals LLC, where I’m building a portfolio of welcoming rental properties.
This journey has had its challenges—navigating my first fix-and-flip in Ormond Beach to managing deals for single-family, multi-family and large commercial properties. I’ve enjoyed every moment of the journey and embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. Real estate has led to incredible ventures and relationships, and I’m excited to connect and work with with you for mutual business and personal success.
