The sky is not falling… for everyone. But the numbers are real. I literally told a client last week from Pennsylvania who is moving to Florida: “You should rent for a year. Whatever you buy today will lose equity tomorrow.”

Any realtor who’s still telling you that “now is the time to buy or sell” without telling you the actual numbers is not a good realtor.
