That doesn’t mean avoid them completely.

Yes, foreclosures ticked up — but they’re still historically low compared to the real housing crash years.

Meanwhile:

📈 Buyer activity is picking up
📈 Central Florida’s spring market is off to a strong start

The doomers are loud right now, but smart investors look at trends — not headlines.

Personally, I’m still bullish on single-family real estate in Florida. 🏡
