Almost a week long negotiation but we got my buyers a fantastic deal. Buyers are getting a model home with closing cost and home warranty to sweeten the deal.

I’m going to share that at the last minute, 2 offers came in at asking price and deal was in jeopardy due to contract not being fully executed. What set us apart from the other deals? Listing agent said it was my professionalism and my buyer advocacy.
