A quick story from a past open house that stuck with me.

I once held an open house for a well-known Realtor in our area. While speaking with the homeowner, she shared something that surprised me: she felt completely neglected. She had chosen a big name because she believed it would give her home the best exposure possible, but over time she started to feel like her property wasn’t getting the attention she had hoped for.

It reminded me of something important: many sellers naturally assume that choosing the most recognizable name will automatically mean more exposure for their home. But the reality is that exposure in today’s market has changed.
