Today I reached a milestone in my real estate business and officially "capped."

For those outside of real estate, capping means I've reached the annual commission threshold set by my brokerage and will now earn a higher percentage of my commissions for the remainder of my anniversary year. While it's an important business accomplishment, what it really represents to me is something much bigger.

Every buyer, seller, referral partner, friend, and family member who has trusted me along the way has played a part in reaching this milestone. Each showing, listing appointment, late-night phone call, accepted offer, challenge overcome, and closing has provided experiences that have helped me grow, not only as a Realtor®, but as a person.

I don't take that trust lightly. Being invited into such important moments in people's lives is a privilege I never take for granted.

Today I'm feeling grateful. Grateful for my clients, my family, my colleagues, and everyone who has supported my business, referred my name, shared my posts, and encouraged me along the way.

Thank you for trusting me with your real estate journeys. This milestone may have my name on it, but it was truly built by all of you.

Here's to continuing to serve this community and helping more people achieve their real estate goals.

From contract to closing, she helps keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes so our buyers and sellers can feel supported every step of the way.

Congratulations to Eli and Tess on the successful sale of their home and the purchase of their new one!

It has been such an enjoyable journey helping them every step of the way, from preparing, marketing, and selling their home to searching for and finding the home of their dreams. Watching everything come together and seeing their excitement for this next chapter has been incredibly rewarding.

What makes this closing especially meaningful is knowing that life handed them some difficult things to navigate personally along the way. Through it all, they handled each challenge with strength, grace, and determination, never losing sight of their goal.

Helping a young mom purchase her first home was one of those moments that stays with you. Watching her go from uncertainty and questions to holding the keys with pride and excitement was a reminder of why I love what I do.
