🌅 Big News from Huron Sunrise Vacation Rentals! 🌅

We're thrilled to share that we're adding a 3rd property in Downtown Oscoda to our vacation rental family!

Just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, this new home is in an amazing location right in the heart of downtown! While we can't reveal all the details quite yet (we still have a couple of weeks until closing!), we're already planning a few updates to make sure it meets the Huron Sunrise standard our guests have come to expect.

And here's a hint... 👀

This property will feature a special surprise for the kids... and we think adults will love it too!

For now, you'll have to stay tuned. We can't wait to take you along on the journey and share more details, photos, and behind-the-scenes updates in the coming weeks!

We've been asked why our rates sometimes differ across booking platforms, so here's a quick explanation.

Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking sites charge hosts different fees, often ranging from several percent to 15% or more of the reservation cost. To keep pricing consistent, we set a base rate and adjust it slightly on each platform to help cover those fees.

That's why you may see a different price for the same stay depending on where you book. In most cases, booking directly through a host's website offers the best value because there are fewer third-party fees involved.

Like many short-term rental owners, we also manage rising costs for cleaning, maintenance, utilities, internet, insurance, permits, property taxes, and general upkeep.

We believe in being transparent about our pricing and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, five-star experience for every guest. Thank you for supporting our small business! 🏖️🏡❤️
