Licensed Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and Certified Stager in the state of IL specializing in the Far Western, Western and South Suburbs of Chicago. As a little girl I used to spend hours with my legos designing different layouts for houses. I would ride my bike to the development next to ours and check out the new houses as they were built as well as the models. In my adult life, I loved my experience searching for houses to purchase or rent and thought what a wonderful opportunity it would be to assist others in their home buying or selling journeys. Real Estate allows me to work flexibly while enjoying what I am doing. I am a full service residential Realtor for buyers, sellers and renters. Making the decision to buy or sell a home can be stressful in so many ways. I vow to be patient and help see everyone through their highs and lows during this life changing time. I am there for my clients whether it is falling in love with the first house they see or checking out house #20 on the search a second or third time. My team includes a NAR designated Seller's Representive Specialist, professional photographer, Real Estate Attorney, mortgage broker, home inspectors, home organizer and stager and a long list of other household professional. Specialties: Providing comparative market analysis, negotiating skills, and patience. Strong accounting background with a Master's in Accounting provides a basis for helping with financial decision making and analysis.
