We are looking for vendors for our upcoming Community Appreciation Day, Party in the Park. It's Wednesday, August 8th from 4-8p. FREE classic car show, FREE hot dogs & cake! FREE Games and much more! Proceeds from this year's event goes to support Hometown Hero Outdoors, a 501(c)3 charitable organization whose mission is to assist law enforcement officers, military service members and veterans conquer challenges they face as they attempt to integrate
into society

VENDORS, Please Read:
• Cost to participate is a $65.00 entrance fee to be used for raffle gifts.
• Payments must be received by July 17th, 2018
• Please make sure you're also available for our back-up rain out date of August 22, 2018
• Due to the charitable nature of this event, refunds will not be given.
Booth must be set up by 2:00 PM on the day of the event and stay up until 8:00 PM
• Vendor is responsible to set up and tear down personal booth. Booths are not provided – you will need to bring your own table, tent, etc.
• Please provide a fun game at your booth to entertain and draw attention to your business. It is optional if you wish to give away prizes to game winners.
Don’t forget to tell YOUR clients, friends and family about this event. Everyone is welcome!!
***Vendors paid by July 17th will have a 6”x4” name sign for your business***
