Everyone notices the beautiful kitchen.

But some of the most important things can't be seen in listing photos.

✔️ How noisy is the neighborhood at night?
✔️ Does your phone get service?
✔️ Is the internet reliable?
✔️ Where does the sun hit the house throughout the day?
✔️ What does traffic look like leaving the neighborhood?

These are the kinds of things I encourage buyers to pay attention to during showings.

💍🏡 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲.

Some seasons of life are busy... and then there's Angela & Ray's! ❤️

They got their home ready for the market, navigated showings, then headed off for a week to celebrate one of the biggest moments of their lives—their wedding! 💍✨

While they were away celebrating, we accepted an offer on their home! Talk about exciting timing!

Now they're officially settling into their beautiful new home with Luna, Beltza, and Yankee by their side. 🐶🐶🐶

Angela & Ray, thank you for trusting me through every showing, every update, every signature, and every milestone. It has been such an honor helping you through this exciting chapter, and I couldn't be happier for your family.

📸 I shared our closing selfie in the comments... but please ignore the fact that I somehow managed to have one eye closed... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I took three photos to make sure everyone had their eyes open. Angela and Ray looked great in every one... apparently I blinked every single time. 😂

Everyone help me congratulate the newlyweds on their marriage, the successful sale of their home, and this exciting new beginning! ❤️🎉

A lot of people think they need to wait until they’re “perfectly ready” to start preparing for homeownership.

You really don’t.

Even small steps now can make a huge difference later:
✔ emergency savings
✔ understanding payments
✔ tracking spending
✔ avoiding unnecessary debt
