We’re replacing the existing tile and baseboards so put together this AI visual so our client can see the vision for the finished space!

It’s amazing how much of a difference a new floor can make in a bathroom. The blue-and-white patterned tile gives this space a fresh, classic feel while keeping the existing cabinetry and fixtures. 💙🤍

✨ Planning a remodel? Don’t underestimate the power of paint! ✨

Check out this project I’m working on for a future client while we’re still in the planning phase! This is a great example of how I use ChatGPT as a tool to help my clients visualize the vision for their space before making the big decisions.

Sometimes, you don’t need to completely remodel a room to make a HUGE impact. 🎨

In this space, the brown-on-brown was making everything feel heavy and a little too dark. By changing the walls to a soft, creamy color, we instantly brighten and soften the room while allowing the existing wood tones to stand out in a much more beautiful way. 🤎🤍

It’s amazing what the right paint color can do!

The crew is out today power washing this privacy fence, getting it ready for a brand-new clear coat of stain tomorrow! 🙌

But we’re not stopping there… 👀
We’ll also be removing and re-caulking the windows, doors, and garage door trim to properly seal up the house and help keep the elements OUT! 🏡🔨
