🐾 **FROM A REAL ESTATE JOB… STRAIGHT INTO RESCUE MODE!**

Kyle Halla and I were wrapping up a real estate drone job in Hamel, Minnesota, when we received a call about a missing cat in Shakopee.

Her name was **Winnie**, and she had been missing all day and into the night. Her family had searched everywhere—but there was still no sign of her.

We quickly grabbed a couple of Chipotle burritos, ate while driving, and headed straight to Shakopee. 🌯🚙💨

Once we arrived, we launched the thermal drone and began searching. From the ground, Winnie was completely hidden—but from the air, her heat signature stood out.

**There she was—tucked along a row of houses!** 🐈‍⬛🔥

This is exactly why thermal drones can be so important when a pet goes missing. Families can search the same area over and over without seeing anything. Darkness, shadows, brush, buildings and hiding spots can make a frightened animal nearly impossible to locate from the ground—but thermal technology gives us another set of eyes from above.

We are incredibly happy to say that **Winnie is HOME AND SAFE!** ❤️🐾

After Winnie was reunited with her family, we packed everything up and headed straight to **St. Charles** to search for another missing cat.

Real estate by day. Lost-pet recovery by night.
