You’ll find everything under one roof — from nostalgic old-school McDonald’s glass cups to antiques, collectibles, handmade finds, and fantastic food options when you need a break from browsing. Easy to spend a few hours here!

If you’re willing to take about a 1.5-hour drive, you’ll discover one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Playalinda Beach is nestled within the stunning Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, making it feel untouched and peaceful.

Be sure to pack a picnic, as there are no food options on site. Washrooms are available, there’s plenty of parking, and the car entrance fee is $25.

With wide stretches of soft sand perfect for sandcastles, it’s an ideal spot to bring a chair, relax, and listen to the waves—unless you’re already enjoying the water. And if you’re lucky, you may also see a rocket standing at Kennedy Space Center on Launch Pad 39B 🚀—a pretty incredible sight to add to an already gorgeous beach day.
