Today marks the first day of school across the Space Coast, and our streets are full of excited students, busy parents, and school buses getting back into routine. Please take an extra moment to slow down, stay alert, and be mindful in:

School zones — reduced speeds save lives

Neighborhood streets — children may be walking, biking, or crossing unexpectedly

Bus stops — watch for kids loading and unloading

Intersections — be patient with heavier morning traffic

Our children deserve to come home safe, happy, and unharmed. Let’s all do our part to make this a smooth and secure start to the school year. 💙
