🏙️ A NEW CHAPTER FOR NORTH FLAGLER
West Palm Beach’s North Flagler corridor is continuing to transform, and Currie Park Towers is one of the developments putting that evolution into focus.
Planned by Terra Group and BH Group, the project at 2085 N. Flagler Drive calls for two 31-story residential towers with 281 condominiums, ranging from approximately 1,065 to 4,510 square feet. Plans also include ground-floor retail, 362 parking spaces, and resident amenities including pool areas and rooftop amenity space.
The architectural vision comes from internationally recognized firm Herzog & de Meuron, with the design incorporating landscaped spaces and a strong connection to the surrounding waterfront environment.
And the bigger story? Currie Park itself is undergoing a major $35.5 million revitalization, with a new waterfront promenade, fishing pier, upgraded boat facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, expanded trails, gathering spaces and a restaurant planned as part of the transformation. Construction is currently underway.
