That 4 Letter Word that WE L💙VE happened Finally! This one for reasons that we don't understand was staged twice, photographed twice, had over 40 showings and 14 open houses! This one was on the market since Nov. 23, 2024! Our Amazing Sellers stayed with us, loyal, always helpful, vacuuming for every showing and taking care of everything along the way to maintain the home while vacant all this time-603 days! We finally closed it yesterday and the new homeowners are so excited to live here! It is always such a joy when you have such an awesome Seller and appreciative Buyers who you know will truly LOVE the home these Sellers so lovingly built and kept up with!
