Frame is UP. Now we seal it. 🏠🛠️

Next up is tackling the sheathing. We’re using OSB (Oriented Strand Board) for the first exterior layer. This isn't just about covering the frame; it’s what gives the entire structure its structural strength against the elements.

Why we move fast: By coordinating the sheathing and the patio pour simultaneously, we’re cutting down on idle time and keeping the timeline tight.
