📍If you’re thinking about moving to Alaska, or maybe you just got your orders for JBER, there’s a lot I wish I had known before making the move from the lower 48.

Alaska is incredible—but it’s different in ways you don’t fully understand until you’re living it. From the pace of life to the housing market here in the Mat-Su Valley or Greater Anchorage Area, having the right guidance can make all the difference.

As a local Realtor (+physician and veteran spouse), I’ve helped buyers navigate relocating to Alaska with clarity and confidence—without pressure.

If you’re starting to explore a move to Palmer, Eagle River, or anywhere nearby, I’m always here as a resource.

Feel free to reach out with questions 🤝🤍
