I just helped my customer sell her investment property at a premium price/ROI - it was under contract in 1 day. I just helped this sweet family of four upgrade to a larger brand new home just 1/2 a mile from their current home! I love 💗 helping families meet their needs - especially when this one was my friend and neighbor! So happy they were able to stay close by me and our favorite beach!
