I’m actually pumped to see this buyer getting her keys and be fresh to Florida! USDA had us wondering a closing date, but the buyer had a moving truck and let us know halfway between here she was coming ready or not! lol

🏡 Congrats to the Jones, my awesome first-time homebuyers on closing on their new home in Pensacola!

This one was a journey. We originally started working together back in November and even went under contract on a different house, but major title and encroachment issues ended up completely changing the situation. There were definitely moments where everything felt discouraging and it would’ve been easy to give up.
Thankfully, Rika Edge - Real Estate Agent never stopped fighting for her clients and stayed committed through every obstacle along the way. Because of that, they ended up finding an even better home at an even better deal and officially closed on 04/30. 🙌
