Margaret ‘Peggy’ Marshall is a native-born Texan who has moved 13 times living all over the US and even once in Belgium. After living in Panama City 2003-2004 she and her husband made it their goal to one day live on the Emerald Coast again. That became a reality in 2019 when the Air Force gave them the opportunity to relocate back to Panama City. Arriving in Florida months after hurricane Michael

hit Peggy and her husband saw a need for renovating storm damaged homes. In the process of fixing homes in the Panama City area Peggy fell in love with many aspects of the real estate industry. She saw firsthand the benefits and joy of creating a safe, beautifully remodeled home for new and veteran homebuyers. Creating a career of her own in this business was an exciting step she was eager to make. As a cosmetologist Peggy has a way of making her customers feel comfortable so they can ask for what they really want and have the confidence she will always do her best to give that to them. As a military
spouse for 14 years, she has learned how to adapt to changes quickly and will be able to use this skill set to help make adjustments to help close deals for you. Peggy’s goal is to take her customer service knowledge and use it to help you achieve your buying or selling needs. In her free time Peggy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters. When she isn’t busy with her kids’ school, sports, and extracurricular activities she loves baking, gardening, hiking, decorating, doing hair, traveling, and of course spending time on our gorgeous beaches.

Rates are actually still trending down from their recent highs, making buying a home more affordable in the big picture. Waiting around for rates to drop significantly might not be the best plan, especially since home prices are climbing fast. With inventory staying low, sellers are in the driver's seat, so if your clients are eager to snag their dream home, now's the time to act before prices go even higher!

It took me FIVE years to find this place 😳 why is nobody talking about this locally owned health food store!!?? Mt. of Olives Health Foods has all the good things (PLUS more) that I’ve been buying online because I didn’t think we had a place here that sold good quality health products. They have it all!!! Chocolate, cheese, essential oils, body care, spices, tea, supplements, so many things!! So glad I can shop here and not buy from Amazon for these things 🤗 Check them out on 23rd street if you’re into that kind of thing. And people share your go-to spots, I wish I knew about them 5 years ago!
