Hopefully everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day weekend with family and the great weather we had.
Here's a quick June rundown: New listings are up slightly, but accepted contracts dropped almost 15% week-over-week and inventory is up 4.6% year-over-year. Translation — well-priced homes are still moving, overpriced ones are sitting, and buyers finally have a little negotiating room for the first time in a while. If you're thinking about selling this summer, listing now beats waiting until August when everyone else floods in.
A few things worth doing this month: College World Series June 12-22 (downtown's going to be electric — go Big Red if they make it), Wallflowers at Steelhouse June 20, and outdoor concerts at Lauritzen Gardens on the 4th and 17th. Also — your gutters are judging you. Just throwing that out there.
