This one definitely came with its challenges, but that’s what it takes sometimes to get a deal across the finish line. We had to work through some complicated water rights issues and lean on several outside resources and professionals along the way — but persistence, communication, and teamwork made it happen.

Huge thank you to everyone involved in getting the Howie & Rapelje Rd property in Big Timber successfully to the closing table. Deals like this are a great reminder that real estate is rarely just about signing paperwork — it’s about problem solving and staying committed to the end.

Today we closed on 2301 Elsa Drive, and while every closing is special, this one will stay with me. In the middle of this process, my client faced the unimaginable loss of her husband. On top of that, we navigated major inspection hurdles that could have easily stopped the deal in its tracks.

But she showed up with courage every step of the way. Through grief, uncertainty, and tough decisions, she kept moving forward—and I’m incredibly honored to have walked alongside her through it all.
