After ski season, Park City shifts into what locals call mud season, that in-between stretch where winter melts out and spring hasn’t fully taken over yet.
It usually runs April through early June, and it’s when things slow down. Some restaurants and businesses take a short break, the weather can swing from sunny to snow in a day.
It’s when the town slows down, no traffic, no waits, no reservations. You can walk into your favorite spots if they’re open, grab a table, and enjoy Park City at a slower pace.
