🦈 And then there was only ONE left!
Wrapping up the week with three stunning homes now leased — including the incredible 2554 Eastview Drive, which rented for $4,780 in just 9 days! Even The Shark didn’t see that coming 😱 — I had advised the owners to expect 14–21 days before receiving any applications. Beyond thrilled with the outcome, and truly humbled and grateful for the trust placed in me. A very lucky new resident gets to call this beautiful home theirs — and I’m so honored to be part of their journey.
Next up: 1494 Golden Sill — this one took a bit longer at 51 days, with a $4,600 price point, luxury furnishings, and new construction in The Canyons. But here’s the kicker: we got it pre-leased, sight unseen, with zero vacancy loss for the owner! 🙌 The current residents (who I’ll miss dearly) are still in place until the new family moves in.
