Well, here is the thing…Appraisers take into account many factors when determining the worth of a home.

Here are my tips for a higher home appraisal:

✔️ Make updates that pay off
✔️ Learn what buyers want
✔️ Visit nearby open houses and review recent home sales
✔️ Hire experienced Realtor, such as myself, capable of conducting thorough market analysis
✔️ Your realtor should be able to help the appraiser understand your home’s market value
