You’ve met Sally — but her role as Director of Operations for Liv Hines Group deserves a little more love.

Real estate has a lot happening behind the scenes, and Sally is the person making sure the details, deadlines, communication, and countless moving parts stay on track. Another month of helping our clients make moves, celebrating wins at the closing table, getting homes ready for market, writing offers, navigating negotiations, and doing a whole lot of work behind the scenes to make each step feel a little easier.

Real estate moves fast, but we never want to move so quickly that we forget to appreciate what each month represents: real people making really big life moves.

I’ve always cared deeply about what I do. 🤍

Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes to me. It’s being trusted with some of the biggest decisions and biggest seasons in someone’s life — and that’s something I’ll never take lightly.

As a team lead, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in ways I never expected, but at the heart of it, my “why” has stayed the same: work hard, care deeply, be honest, and make sure the people who trust me always feel like they have someone in their corner.

I’m really proud of the career I’ve built, and even more grateful that I still get just as excited about what I do today as I did when I started. 🫶

Meet Justin Pater. 👋

Born and raised right here in Cincinnati, Justin proudly calls West Price Hill home.

When he’s not helping buyers and sellers navigate the Cincinnati real estate market, you’ll probably find him backpacking, hiking, exploring somewhere new, logging a few miles on a run, or tracking down his next unforgettable meal.

Before real estate, Justin spent more than 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry—a career that taught him how to connect with people, solve problems under pressure, and create exceptional experiences. In fact, he still picks up the occasional shift because it’s an industry he’ll probably never fully leave.

Justin joined Liv Hines Group as Liv’s first full-time agent in September 2025 and has been helping clients buy and sell homes ever since, while also assisting with showings across the team.
