New conforming loan limits just announced!! This is GOOD NEWS and big savings for many homebuyers who have been priced out of conforming loans (due to the rapid increase in home prices) and pushed into nonconforming loans requiring higher LTV's and higher rates.

With rates still at historically low levels it is more affordable to purchase a home now than to wait until rates rise and values climb.
