Sometimes the best real estate deal is the one you walk away from.

I recently had a deal fall through. The home was ideal, the loan terms seemed doable, and everything looked like it was coming together.

But real estate can change fast. Things happen, numbers change, and sometimes what looked right in the beginning just doesn’t make financial sense anymore.
