JAY PRE-K GRADUATION 🧒🏻🎓🧩 will forever cherish these milestones with you. You have come into our lives and showed us that the little things that we normally take for granted are some of the biggest accomplishments for you.

OUR REALITY ✨ taking one family photo always seems to be the hardest task.

We met on IG, we became friends, I referred her clients and she referred me some too..

Then one day a random call turned into us talking about our next goals. She mentioned she wanted to buy a Lake Home but since she already owns a home she doesn’t know how that would work…

Ps: Don’t tell me your goals 🫣 I will help you make them a reality 🪄

• Days after we spoke, they were preapproved 💰
• The following weekend we are looking at land 🏞️
• The next weekend we are looking at homes 🏡
• Then we open escrow ✍️
• && now they are spending spring break at their New Lake Home 🗝️

IN OUR BUILDING ERA 🧱🧰
We took a few steps back to review our businesses and our values. What aligns with our goals is staying and what no longer aligns we are saying bye ✌️

We started with our BRANDING 📸⬆️

Some of the changes are things you cannot see but are important for the business and also helps improve our clients experience. From our business set up (trust, LLCs, insurance and taxes) to automation and client updates. We are also adding a few licenses that will help us help more people. && my son and my niece will be 18 soon- so we will help them use their passions to help build the family business too.

What you can see are the properties we are purchasing. The building & design. The clients we are helping and the homes we sell.
