Here is a drone fly over of the home! This is pretty cool! I bought Dan a drone a few (8) years ago and he has still never used it! I think the homeowner could teach Dan how to use the drone!

Nationwide Log Home Builders is looking for a Journeyman Carpenter/Framer. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual, who loves a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Are you passionate about building custom homes? Enjoy working with an entrepreneurial team? Have excellent skills as a craftsman? You must be familiar with current woodworking and construction methods, practices, systems, and materials, from start to finish. You will be asked to engage and take interest in the precise ex*****on and completion of each customer project.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Journeyman Carpenter will coordinate with the operations group to execute any and all tasks associated with the installation of timber frame product lines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities:

Adhere to employee manual, safety procedures and all company policies and processes
Work as a member of the operations team in all assigned tasks
Specific Responsibilities:

Read plans, blueprints, job orders, and drawings
Determine which tools are needed for projects
Install product at job-site
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
3+ years’ experience in carpentry required
Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
Possession of basic hand tools
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
Willingness to travel
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
Knowledge of lumber grades
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math and measuring skills
Basic computer skills
Prior construction is required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Fast paced, task-oriented environment
Repetitious lifting of up to 80 pounds
Continuous bending, twisting and standing up to 10 hours per day in an outdoor environment during installation at build site
