❄️ How to Stay Warm With NO Heat, NO Power & NO Gas

👕 1. Dress for Heat Retention (Layer Smart)
• Wear multiple loose layers instead of one heavy layer
• Start with thermal or cotton base layers
• Add sweaters, hoodies, or fleece
• Finish with a wind-blocking outer layer (coat or robe)
• Wear thick socks (double if needed)
• Hat or head wrap — you lose heat through your head
• Gloves or mittens if extremities get cold

👉 Rule: If you’re chilly, add a layer before you add a blanket.

• Layer multiple blankets, not just one
• Use sleeping bags if you have them
• Put a blanket underneath you (heat escapes downward)
